Delivery

We deliver products only within San Francisco and neighboring cities. We reserve the right to decline the delivery of products for cities far from our store or outside the state of California. We might delivery dry goods and household products, but not fresh produce. The date of delivery will be given to you once you finalize your payment. We reserve the right to waive the delivery fees when appropriate. If you didn’t receive the order on time, or as expected, please let us know so we can make immediate follow-ups. We will try our best to locate the products and have them delivered to you at the soonest possible time.

Return policy

We don’t have a return policy. We will only replace the products if they were incorrectly delivered to you. If incomplete, we will send the missing products as soon as possible. The same thing is true if the fresh produce already spoiled upon delivery. Apart from these circumstances, we don’t entertain any request for return or replacement. Therefore, we request that you double check your order before finalizing it.

Advocacy

We remain committed to our advocacy. If there are products or brands sold on our site that you think are in violation or inconsistent with our ideals, feel free to let us know. We would be glad to remove that supplier from our list so we can focus on brands that have the same ideals as our company.
